The system of images of poem is analysed. It is investigated the specific the of autobiography vector in the text. The particularly of genre of poem, representation of folklore tradition in the poem is investigated. It is underlined the motive of dream, madness, fire in the poem. The specific of idea and theme of paradigm of poem is determined by the motive of the tragedy of person, that development in the image of Motherland. The images of concrete of the persons have universal meaning. They are projecting in the general image of Motherland. The poem is based in the union of real and unreal sphere, union of romantic literature tradition with folklore.  The poem is interesting because of  autobiography and confession vectors.  In general the poem “Blind” of Taras Shevchenko is based using rhythmic song forms. The general specific of idea and theme paradigm are determined by motive of the life and feelings, that development in the universal images. The poem of Taras Shevchenko «Blind», like written in Russian language poetic work «Tryzna» represent very important stage in the evolution of the poetry of the author – in the inner and in the outside levels. According to its character the poem is very narrative. The motives of the madness and incident are dominated in the poem. They are develop in the tragedy. We can see it in the denial of the real life, even in the denial of the myself. In the literature context it was denial from myself, from my own personality. Аналізується система образів твору, наголошується на виявах автобіографічного первня у тексті. Визначається специфіка жанру твору, вияви у ньому впливів фольклорної традиції. Акцентується увага на мотивах сну, божевілля, пожежі в поемі.  Акцентується увага на тезі про те, що особливості ідейно-тематичної парадигми твору визначаються мотивом трагедії особистої, яка еволюціонує у трагедію Вітчизни. Образи конкретних людей набувають у творі універсального значення, проектуючись на узагальнений образ Вітчизни.
