Research trends outlined national psychology in keeping with the traditions of the classical theory of Tbilisi school settings. Defined current state of psychological research of attitude in domestic science. We characterize problematic aspects and priority directions of development of theoretical and applied psychology of attitude achievements in modern psychological science and professional education system. Based on the analysis proved that a single conceptual approach and, moreover, the national psychology school settings, at present neither in Ukraine nor in other countries there. This is due to the lack consolidating cell, which was once the Tbilisi Institute of Psychology. This requires restoring attention to the study of theoretical principles of psychology of attitude for further implementation of the results of empirical and theoretical achievements in practical psychology. Based on historical analysis, we have demonstrated the importance of the achievements of the theory of attitude in various fields of psychology. Proved that investigated the psychological dynamic features of client settings, we can predict how the stability of post-traumatic negative mental attitudes, and therefore the depth and mental disabilities, and features providing psychological assistance necessary for the formation and strengthening of positive attitudes. And this is only one aspect of the theory of attitude, because it has a wide range of applications, ranging from psychotherapy practice and ending educational psychology. Therefore, it is reasonable recovery target theory research of attitude in line with the national school. In addition, at the special course, theoretical and applied aspects of psychology of attitude the diagnosis, prediction and construction of psychological assistance, should enter the training program for psychologists. All these and other priorities for the development and implementation of theoretical principles of applied psychology research achievements of attitude and determine the prospects of the national school of psychology.У статті наведений історичний аналіз процесу становлення та розвитку теоретичних засад психології установки в Україні. Окреслені тенденції наукових досліджень вітчизняної психології у руслі традицій класичної тбіліської школи теорії установки. Визначений сучасний стан наукових досліджень психологічної установки у вітчизняній науці.
