Роботу присвячено питанням визначення сутності систем інноваційних методів менеджменту та її складових, а також напрямам розвитку цих систем. У роботі обґрунтовано критерії класифікації методів та виділено складові системи методів менеджменту загалом та для досліджуваного підприємства. За розробленою системою проаналізовано інноваційні методи ТОВ «Roche Україна». Визначено напрями вдосконалення системи інноваційних методів менеджменту, спрямовані на впровадження принципів «бірюзових» організацій за типологією Ф. Лалу. Для впровадження пропозицій розроблено проєкт «Roche Evolution»The aim of this work is to justify the theoretical foundations for the formation of a management methods system, diagnose the current state, and develop directions for improving the system of innovative management methods at the pharmaceutical enterprise «Roche Ukraine». The work is dedicated to the issues of defining the essence of systems of innovative management methods and their components, as well as the directions of development of these systems. The paper justifies the criteria for classifying management methods and identifies the components of the management methods system both in general and for the studied enterprise. The innovative methods at "Roche Ukraine" are analyzed according to the developed system. Directions for improving the system of innovative management methods are identified, focusing on the implementation of the principles of «teal» organizations according to F. Laloux's typology.
