Proposals are made to improve the theoretical provisions of labor law regarding the concept and composition of the disciplinary offense of police officers. It is recommended that the Law of Ukraine “On the Disciplinary Statute of the National Police of Ukraine” be clearly defined: firstly, the list of actions that undermine the authority of the police; secondly, disciplinary sanctions that will be applied for one or another unlawful act of a policeman.Стаття присвячена дослідженню поняття та складу дисциплінарного проступку поліцейських. Надаються пропозиції з удосконалення теоретичних положень трудового права стосовно поняття та складу дисциплінарного проступку поліцейських.
