The author of the article makes an attempt to answer the question of essence and character of changes, which take place in human consciousness due to modern migration processes. In addition, special emphasis is made on the fact that, migrant workers anguish is difficult to overcome, as far as Ukraine (native land) is incomparable with another country. Despite the fact that, labor migration brings financial balance, though labor migrants souls remain unbalanced. The reason for that is not only a state, but a specific lifestyle, beliefs, aesthetics. At the same time, special attention is paid to the fact that, the displays of homesickness help migrant workers to preserve their identity abroad.Key words: Homesickness, Anguish for Native Land, Labor Migrant, Transcarpathia, Beginning of the ХХІ century.Оксана КичакСтаття присвячена проблемі ностальгічних настроїв у заробітчанському середовищі. Автор намагається дати відповідь на питання про суть і характер змін, які відбуваються у людській самосвідомості у світлі сучасних міграційних процесів. При цьому особливий наголос робиться на тому, що заробітчанську тугу не можна подолати, бо не можна порівнювати Україну (рідну домівку) з іншою державою. І хай у результаті трудової міграції приходить спокій фінансовий та душа у людей не спокійна. Бо тут мова йде не скільки про державу, скільки про певний уклад життя, уявлення, естетику. Водночас наголос робиться на тому, що прояви ностальгії допомагають закарпатцям за кордоном зберігати свою ідентичність.Ключові слова: ностальгія, туга за рідним домом, трудові мігранти, Закарпаття, початок ХХІ ст.ukСтаття
