Динаміка природних процесів та трансформація довкілля вочевидь є наслідком прояву потепління. Прояви глобального потепління на території Волинської області ускладнені строкатістю природних ландшафтів та різновидами господарської діяльності. Метою дослідження є часовий аналіз температурного режиму на території Волині за період інструментальних спостережень (від 1947 р.) та оцінка зміни континентальності клімату. В статті охарактеризовано динаміку середньорічної температури повітря в багаторічному режимі на 6 метеостанціях Волинської обл. (Луцьк, Володимир, Ковель, Світязь, Любешів, Маневичі); відхилення температури повітря в холодний та теплий періоди; визначено граничні межі зміни температури повітря та довірчий інтервал за крайні три роки (2022-2024 рр.), а також особливості прояву континентальності клімату. Результатами дослідження є: оцінка величини відхилення значення середньорічної температури повітря від кліматичної норми за період інструментальних спостережень 1949-2015 рр.; визначення показників мінливості температури повітря в теплий період року та показника індексу континентальності клімату. Наукова новизна полягає у використанні нових підходів до вивчення та оцінки зміни температури повітря на території дослідження за весь інструментальний період спостережень, що дозволяє сформувати цілісне уявлення про специфіку регіонального прояву глобального потепління. Практична значущість отриманих результатів передбачає можливість їх використання для потреб практики природоохоронної та рекреаційної діяльності, а також для обґрунтованих управлінських рішень щодо адаптації господарської діяльності до кліматичних змін.The beginning of the 21st century is characterized by the manifestation of a complex of global problems, among which climate change occupies a special place. The dynamics of natural processes and the transformation of the environment are obviously a consequence of the manifestation of warming. Anthropogenic load and a complex of natural factors determine regional differences in the manifestation of climate change. The manifestations of global warming in the territory of the Volyn region are complicated by the diversity of natural landscapes and types of economic activity. The purpose of the study is a temporal analysis of the temperature regime in the studied territory over the period of instrumental observations and an assessment of changes in the continentality of the climate. The article describes the dynamics of the average annual air temperature in a multi-year regime at 6 weather stations of the Volyn region (Lutsk, Volodymyr, Kovel, Svityaz, Lyubeshiv, Manevychi), , air temperature deviations in cold and warm periods, the limits of air temperature changes and the confidence interval for the last three years (2022-2024) are determined, as well as the features of the manifestation of the continentality of the climate. The results of the study are: an assessment of the deviation of the average annual air temperature from the climatic norm for the period of instrumental observations of 1947-2015, determination of air temperature variability indicators in the warm period of the year and the climate continentality index indicator. The scientific novelty lies in the use of new approaches to studying and assessing changes in air temperature in the studied territory for the entire period of instrumental observations, which allows forming a holistic picture of the specifics of the regional manifestation of global warming. It was established that the amplitude of extreme air temperature values during the year in the study territory for the analyzed period fluctuates within significant limits and varies from 37.5 0С (Volodymyr weather station, 2020) to 57.7 0С (Kovel weather station, 2021). In general, the most even course of air temperature is observed in the territory of Shatsk Lake District with differences in the amplitude of air temperature during the year of 50 0С.
