Today, all spheres of human activity are at the stage of using services of various directions. A new vision of each phenomenon is created. The business has the opportunity to create various internal divisions (financial, personnel, legal, etc.) with a specific purpose and specific activity. Small business structures do not have this opportunity and try to solve problems on their own. Usually they get an unsatisfactory result. Education is starting to be seen as a business. In the course of this, the problem of imbalance of professional and qualified personnel in the labor market arises. There is a need to provide and use consulting services, particularly in the field of higher education. Results. Consulting arises as a necessary direction, the purpose of which is to provide the customer with specific services or recommendations for optimizing activities. Considering the diversity of spheres of activity of society, there are many types and types of consulting. We can consider the main ones as: administrative, legal, financial, accounting, personnel, investment, IT-consulting, educational, etc. According to the field of activity, the specifics of the activity, the specifics of the order, consulting methods are distinguished, such as: expert, process, educational. Educational consulting uses some forms of work, such as: consultation, audit, analysis, support. The process of obtaining educational and consulting services consists of a certain sequence of stages, such as: preparatory, normative, basic (analysis, modeling, implementation), final (reflective and financial). Educational consulting services can be useful both for institutions of higher education and for the entire state. With the reformation of the Ukrainian education system, we have to face various difficulties in various aspects of the provision of educational services. Educational consulting can raise a variety of issues from specific issues (recruitment and personnel management, taxation, financial consulting, etc.), as well as help directly in the educational process: development prospects, market analysis, investment attraction, etc. Conclusions. The analysis of the practice of using consulting services in the educational sector allows us to draw a conclusion about the need for a wider use of the experience and professionalism of employees of consulting firms, which will provide an opportunity for educational institutions to effectively adapt to the constantly changing external environment. Explaining in simple words, consulting is the process of advising individual entrepreneurs and company employees (usually management) on legal, managerial, financial, personnel, investment, educational and other issues.Вступ . Нині всі сфери життєдіяльності людини перебувають на етапі використання послуг різного спрямування. Створюється нове бачення кожного феномена. У бізнесу з'являється можливість створення різних внутрішніх підрозділів (фінансовий, кадровий, юридичний тощо) з певною метою і специфічною діяльністю. Маленькі бізнес-структури не мають такої можливості й намагаються розв'язати проблеми самостійно. Зазвичай вони отримують незадовільний результат. Освіта починає розглядатися як бізнес. У ході цього виникає проблема дисбалансу професійно-кваліфікаційних кадрів на ринку праці. Виникає потреба в наданні й користуванні консалтингових послуг, зокрема у сфері вищої освіти. Результати . Консалтинг виникає як необхідний напрям, мета якого – надання замовнику специфічних послуг чи рекомендації щодо оптимізації діяльності. Ураховуючи різноманітність сфер діяльності суспільства, виникають безліч видів і типів консалтингу. Основними можемо вважати такі: управлінський, юридичний, фінансовий, бухгалтерський, кадровий, інвестиційний, IT-консалтинг, освітній тощо. Відповідно до сфери діяльності, специфіки діяльності, особливостей замовлення розрізняють методи консалтингу: експертний, процесний, навчальний. Освітній консалтинг використовує деякі форми роботи: консультація, аудит, аналітика, супровід. Процес отримання освітньо-консалтингових послуг складається з певної послідовності етапів: підготовчий, нормативний, основний (аналіз, моделювання, імплементація), фінальний (рефлексивний і фінансовий). Послуги освітнього консалтингу можуть стати у пригоді як для закладів вищої освіти, так і для всієї держави. З реформацією української системи освіти, доводиться зіштовхуватися з різними складнощами в тих чи інших аспектах надання освітніх послуг. Освітній консалтинг може порушувати різноманітні питання від специфічних питань (найм і управління персоналом, оподаткування, фінансовий консалтинг тощо), так і допомога безпосередньо в освітньому процесі: перспективи розвитку, аналітика ринку, залучення інвестицій тощо. Висновки . Аналіз практики використання консалтингових послуг в освітній галузі дозволяє зробити висновок пронеобхідність більш широкого використання досвіду та професіоналізму працівників консалтингових фірм, що забезпечить можливість закладам освіти ефективно пристосовуватись до зовнішнього середовища, яке постійно змінюється.
