The master’s thesis is devoted to the analysis of the theoretical, legal, and practical aspects of managing European integration projects at the level of territorial communities and regions of Ukraine in the context of obtaining candidate status for accession to the European Union, as well as the functioning of the state under martial law conditions. Special attention is given to the adaptation of the Ukrainian governance model to the principles of good governance, subsidiarity, transparency, and accountability. The thesis examines institutional mechanisms for coordinating European integration activities at the local and regional levels.
