Зокрема, у ній визначено концептуальні аспекти дослідження відповідної проблеми з урахуванням сучасного розуміння понятійного поля дослідження, здійснено структуризацію доступних нормативно-правових актів та наукових джерел у сфері модернізації державної служби на основі еволюційних принципів, визначено загальний стан модернізації сфери дослідження. Також надано загальну характеристику принципам, методам та формам модернізації державної служби, розкрито зміст сучасних моделей запровадження європейських стандартів на державній службі. Результатом дослідження стало визначення перспектив застосування найбільш популярних європейських підходів до модернізації державної служби в Україні.The qualifying master’s work provides a comprehensive analysis of European approaches to ensuring the modernization of the civil service in Ukraine. In particular, it defines the conceptual aspects of the study of the relevant problem, taking into account the modern understanding of the conceptual field of research, structures the available legal acts and scientific sources in the field of civil service modernization on the basis of evolutionary principles, and determines the general state of modernization of the research area. The author also provides a general description of the principles, methods and forms of modernization of the civil service, and reveals the content of modern models of implementation of European standards in the civil service.
