On the ground of theoretical and practical analysis, own social experience analysed comparing Ukrainian and international experience in the implementation of socio-psychological work with adoptive parents and their families.У статті розкрито основні характеристики функціонування сім'ї усиновлення як малої групи, що розвивається за аналогією кревної на основі збереження психологічних меж сім'ї, її інтеграції в найближче соціальне оточення та її цілісності навіть після досягнення дітьми повноліття.
