Значна увага приділена аналізу офіційних документів, промов і виступів Президента України, лідерів світових держав та європейських структур.The relevance of the research. “Unity” and “territorial integrity” are important concepts that determine the unity and inviolability of the Ukrainian state, ensuring its sovereignty and national identity, especially in the face of external threats and internal challenges. Unity usually refers to the cohesion, solidarity, and integrity of a nation or state, while territorial integrity refers to the inviolability of the borders of a state and its territory. Adherence to these principles in political life ensures stability and peace. The political context interprets "unity" as a country's territorial integrity, signifying that all its parts must remain united and incapable of separation or division. The political relevance of unity is defined as the importance of mutual understanding, cooperation, and unity between different political forces or groups to achieve common goals or solve important problems. The relevance is enhanced by the fact that the issue of unity as territorial integrity is being considered in the context of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine. The purpose of the research is to analyze the idea of unity as the territorial integrity of Ukraine in the conditions of a full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war. Conclusions. The legal and regulatory framework on the issue of territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as official documents, speeches, and addresses of the President of Ukraine, leaders of world states, and European structures, were analyzed. Territorial claims and provocations of the Russian Federation regarding Ukraine's territorial integrity during the restoration of state independence are considered. On the basis of extensive empirical material, the topic of the territorial integrity of Ukraine during the period of February 2022 - July 2024 was revealed. It is determined that unity for Ukraine means de-occupation of all territories.
