The relevance of the topic is due to the need to adapt social dialogue mechanisms to changes in the labor market, globalization processes and Ukraine's European integration aspirations. The article examines various models of social dialogue that have emerged in European countries and the world, their features and characteristics. The authors analyze the approaches to classification of social dialogue models presented in the works of Ukrainian researchers. They consider such models as tripartism, bipartism, as well as national models -German, French, British, Swedish, American and others. Special attention is paid to the innovative multiparty model, which involves civil society organizations in social dialogue. The study emphasizes the importance of the role of the state, trade unions and employers in the formation of effective models of social dialogue. The authors point out that each model has its own unique characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, which reflect the specifics of socio-economic development and cultural and historical traditions of the respective countries. This emphasizes the need for a flexible approach to implementing social dialogue practices in different national contexts. The study is of practical importance for Ukraine, which is in the process of developing its own model of social dialogue, as it allows taking into account the best international practices and adapting them to Ukrainian realities.Дослідження присвячене аналізу доктринальних підходів до моделей соціального діалогу в контексті сучасних соціально-економічних викликів. Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю адаптації механізмів соціального діалогу до змін на ринку праці, глобалізаційних процесів та євроінтеграційних прагнень України. У статті розглядаються різні моделі соціального діалогу, що сформувалися в європейських країнах та світі, їх особливості та характеристики. Автори аналізують підходи до класифікації моделей соціального діалогу, представлені в роботах українських дослідників. Розглядаються такі моделі як трипартизм, біпартизм, а також національні моделі - німецька, французька, британська, шведська, американська та інші. Особлива увага приділяється інноваційній мультипартивній моделі, яка передбачає залучення організацій громадянського суспільства до соціального діалогу. У дослідженні підкреслюється важливість ролі держави, профспілок та роботодавців у формуванні ефективних моделей соціального діалогу. Автори зазначають, що кожна модель має свої унікальні характеристики, переваги та недоліки, які відображають специфіку соціально-економічного розвитку та культурно-історичні традиції відповідних країн. Це підкреслює необхідність гнучкого підходу до впровадження практик соціального діалогу в різних національних контекстах.
