The relevance of the topic is determined by the growing role of international organizations in the context of globalization and interstate integration, where they develop international acts to ensure stability, security, the protection of human rights, and sustainable development worldwide. International organizations such as the United Nations (UN), the World Trade Organization (WTO), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Council of Europe have a significant impact on the formation of legal norms in developed democratic countries, which ensures the harmonization of national legislation in member states and finalizes its legal certainty. The paper highlights the need for constitutional reform and modernization of the domestic legal system. It explores the main forms of influence of international organizations on legislative processes in developed democratic countries, including Ukraine, particularly through the adoption of recommendations, directives, international conventions, as well as the implementation of decisions by international courts (ECHR). Special attention is paid to both direct and indirect forms of influence of international organizations on legislative processes in Ukraine, and the extent to which such activities of international organizations should align with the interests of the Ukrainian people and Ukraine's state sovereignty. The research conclusions indicate the importance of Ukraine’s cooperation with international organizations both to enhance the level of legal protection of citizens, modernize the domestic legal system, and as a factor in strengthening the stability of international law and order. It is noted that the limits of influence of international organizations on the national legislative process, including in the matter of improving Ukraine’s Constitution, must align with national interests and be determined by the scope of international obligations assumed by our state.Стаття присвячена дослідженню впливу міжнародних організацій на національний правотворчий процес в Україні та вітчизняну конституційну реформу. Актуальність теми обумовлена ​​зростанням ролі міжнародних організацій в умовах глобалізації та міждержавної інтеграції, коли вони напрацьовують відповідного роду міжнародні акти для забезпечення стабільності, безпеки, підтримки прав людини та сталого розвитку у світі. Міжнародні організації, такі як Організація Об’єднаних Націй (ООН), Світова організація торгівлі (СОТ), Всесвітня організація охорони здоров’я (ВООЗ) та Рада Європи, здійснюють значний вплив на формування правових норм розвинутих демократичних країн, що забезпечує гармонізацію національного законодавства держав-членів та завершує його правову визначеність. У роботі висвітлюються питання необхідності проведення конституційної реформи і модернізації вітчизняної правової системи. Розкриваються основні форми впливу міжнародних організацій на правотворчість у розвинутих демократичних країнах, в тому числі й України, зокрема через прийняття рекомендацій, директив, конвенційних міжнародних угод, а також через виконання рішень міжнародних судів (ЄСПЛ). Особливо увага приділяється прямим та непрямим формам впливу міжнародних організацій на правотворчі процеси в Україні та визначається наскільки така діяльність міжнародних організацій має відповідати інтересам українського народу та державному суверенітету України. Висновки дослідження вказують на важливість співпраці України з міжнародними організаціями як для підвищення рівня правового захисту громадян, модернізації вітчизняної правової системи, так і як фактор підвищення стабільності міжнародного правопорядку.
