The two periods of reforming the personnel management system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the implementation of the State Program for the Development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the period of 2006-2011 and the State Program for the Development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the period up to 2020 are analyzed and compared.Проаналізовано досвід реформування системи кадрового менеджменту (управління персоналу) в Збройних Силах України у період 2006–2011 роки та 2014–2018 роки.
