На основі матеріалів багаторічних досліджень археологічних пам’яток автором виявлено розташування 37 гнізд поселень племен сосницької культури та 19 племен – лебедівської на території Київської, Житомирської, Чернігівської та Сумської областей України, Гомельської та Могильовської областей Білорусі; усі дані нанесені на локальні карти і зведені в таблиці. Гнізда поселень племен сосницької культури розміщені на схематичній карті басейну Середнього і Верхнього Дніпра. У домобудівництві племен сосницької та лебедівської культур археологами простежуються традиції будівельної техніки трипільських племен (двокамерність заглиблених жител, наземні споруди на палях та ін.), які зберігаються в наступному періоді – ранньому залізному віці й аж до сільської української хати ХІХ ст. Вже проведені й подальші подібні напрацювання розширюють можливості для порівняння територій, на яких проживали наші предки, отже, й для дослідження історичного процесу формування етногенезу слов’ян-українців від доби бронзи та міді до літописних племен Київської Русі.The article examines the structure of settlements of Proto-Slavic Sosnytsia and Lebedivka cultures of the Bronze Age, using the method of genealogical geography, which includes mapping nests of settlements on modern maps of Ukraine and Belarus at a scale of 1:250,000. Based on the materials of long-term research of archaeological monuments, the author revealed the location of 37 nests of settlements of tribes of the Sosnytsia culture and 19 tribes of the Lebedivka culture on the territory of Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv and Sumy regions of Ukraine, Gomel and Mogilev regions of Belarus; all data are plotted on local maps and summarized in tables. The nests of settlements of tribes of the Sosnytsia culture are located on the schematic map of the Middle and Upper Dnieper basin. In the house-building of the tribes of the Sosnytsia and Lebedivka cultures, archaeologists trace the traditions of the construction techniques of the Trypil tribes (two-chambered buried dwellings, ground structures on stilts, etc.), which are preserved in the next period - in the early Iron Age up to the rural Ukrainian hut of the 19th century.
