Кобилянської, проаналізовано його метафоричну природу, виявлену в епістоляріях української письменниці. Наголошено на мікроконтекстуальному вияві концепту "душа", визначено формально-граматичні та семантико-синтаксичні особливості його вираження в епістолярному тексті.In the article the peculiarities of the functioning of the concept "soul" in idiostyle of O. Kobylyanska was considered. Its metaphorical nature, found in the epistolary heritage of ukrainian writer, was analyzed. On the microtextual representation of concept "soul", formally-grammatical and semantical-syntactic peculiarities its expression in the epistolary text was determined. It was paid attention to nominative-cognitive and expressively-stylistic functions of concept "soul". It gave possibility to examine the language of texts in genre of letter representation of lingual conscious of author.
