Зосереджено увагу на переході від декларативного проголошення європейського курсу до реальної реалізації переговорного процесу щодо вступу до Європейського Союзу. Особливий акцент зроблено на впливі європейської інтеграції на зміни в політичній системі, реформуванні державного управління, розвитку інституційної спроможності публічної служби, забезпеченні верховенства права, боротьбі з корупцією. Досліджено статус держави-кандидата та застосування кластерного підходу в рамках сучасної методології розширення ЄС. This Master's thesis provides a comprehensive study of Ukraine's European integration policy. The focus is placed on the transition from the declarative proclamation of a European course to the actual implementation of the negotiation process for accession to the European Union. Particular emphasis is placed on the impact of European integration on changes in the political system, reform of public administration, development of the institutional capacity of the public service, ensuring the rule of law, and combating corruption. The study examines the candidate country status and the application of the cluster approach within the framework of modern EU enlargement methodology.
