The author understands the gender policy of the state in the broadest terms set of systemic measures aimed to the solving problems and achieving gender equality in the society. Під гендерною політикою держави у найширшому плані розуміється сукупність системних заходів, які спрямовані на розв’язання гендерних проблем і досягнення гендерної рівноправності та рівності в соціумі.
