Мета дослідження полягає у вивченні проявів та аспектів Іншості у творчості відомого польського письменника, зокрема у його романах "Трансатлантик" і "Порнографія". Реалізація мети передбачає проведення комплексного аналізу, зокрема, дослідження поняття Іншого в сучасній теорії літературної компаративістики, аналіз літературної етноімагології як методу вивчення іншості, розгляд сучасних інтерпретацій поняття Іншого, а також аналіз творчості Ґомбровича для виявлення старих і нових інтерпретацій Іншого. Об'єктом дослідження є згадані романи Вітольда Ґомбровича, а предметом – художня реалізація постаті Іншого в його творах. У роботі використано ряд філологічних методів, таких як компаративний, імагологічний, аналіз та синтез, вона також базується на актуальних дослідженнях у сучасному літературознавстві вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених, а також на роботах гуманітаристів, які займаються проблематикою іншості. Науковою новизною роботи є самостійний аналіз та опрацювання матеріалу, що дозволило зробити висновки на основі власних досліджень. Практична цінність дослідження полягає в можливості використання його результатів у викладанні польської літератури та написанні наукових робіт. У результаті проведеного дослідження вдалося виокремити такі постаті Іншого, як: поведінковий, дитячий, квір, світоглядний та поколіннєвий. Постать Іншого в творах Ґомбровича реалізується через тісну взаємодію персонажів, де Інший стає рушійною силою сюжету і джерелом конфліктів, які виникають через їхні відмінності від решти.The study of Witold Gombrowicz's work through the lens of the concept of the Other is the central task of this bachelor thesis. The purpose of the research is to study the manifestations and aspects of Otherness in the work of the famous Polish writer, in particular in his novels "Transatlantic" and "Pornography". The realization of the goal involves conducting a complex analysis, in particular, the study of the concept of the Other in the modern theory of literary comparativism, the analysis of literary ethnoimagology as a method of studying otherness, the consideration of modern interpretations of the concept of the Other, as well as the analysis of Gombrowicz's work to identify old and new interpretations of the Other. The object of research is the mentioned novels of Witold Gombrowicz, and the subject is the artistic realization of the figure of the Other in his works. The work uses a number of philological methods, such as comparative, imagological, analysis and synthesis, it is also based on current research in modern literature of domestic and foreign scientists, as well as on the works of humanitarians who deal with the problem of otherness. The scientific novelty of the work is the independent analysis and processing of the material, which made it possible to draw conclusions based on one's own research. The practical value of the research lies in the possibility of using its results in teaching Polish literature and writing scientific papers. As a result of the conducted research, it was possible to single out such figures of the Other as: behavioral, children, queer, worldview and generational.
