An important place in this process is played by religion, which should unite, not divide, the society of Ukraine. Therefore, one of the urgent problems is the guarantee of security in the humanitarian sphere, especially in the sphere of religion and ethnic relations, and the formation of conceptual approaches in the implementation of the state policy of national security in it, considering that the religious sphere occupies one of the main places among the objects of national security, since the factors of religion, culture, history and language are decisive in the formation of national identity.The article examines the functions and powers of political subjects and state authorities, which are entrusted with the responsibilities of implementing the state policy of national security of Ukraine in the religious sphere, as well as non-state consultation and advisory bodies on religious matters, which have a significant influence in the sphere of religion, in its essence is a model of the consolidation of Ukrainian society on the basis of religion, tolerant interfaith and state-church relations, implementation of national values, support of cultural heritage and traditions, and which are the most effective representatives of Ukraine in the world religious space.Based on the analysis, the justification for the need to introduce changes and improve the institutional component system to ensure the national security of Ukraine in the researched area to increase the efficiency of interdepartmental interaction and interaction with non-state bodies in the field of religion in order to achieve results in the implementation of relevant tasks of state policy was made.На сьогоднішній день постає питання зміцнення незалежності держави, збереження її стабільності, протистояння спробам розколоти країну за ідеологічними і національними ознаками. Вагоме місце у цьому процесі відіграє релігія, яка має об’єднувати, а не роз’єднувати суспільство України. Тому однією з актуальних проблем є гарантування безпеки в гуманітарній сфері, особливо у сфері релігії та етнічних відносин, та формування концептуальних підходів у реалізації державної політики національної безпеки в ній, враховуючи, що релігійна сфера посідає одне із головних місць серед об’єктів національної безпеки, так як чинники релігії , культури, історії , мови є визначальними при формуванні загальнонаціональної ідентичності.У статті досліджено функції та повноваження політичних суб’єктів та органів державної влади, на яких покладені обов’язки щодо реалізації державної політики національної безпеки Украї ни в релігійній сфері, а також недержавних консультаційно-дорадчих органів з питань релігії, які мають значний вплив в сфері релігії , за своєю суттю є зразком консолідації українського суспільства на основі релігії, толерантних міжконфесійних і державно — церковних відносин, реалізації національних цінностей, підтримки культурної спадщини і традицій, та які являються найефективнішими репрезентантами України в світовому релігійному просторі.На основі аналізу здійснено обґрунтування необхідності впровадження змін та вдосконалення інституційної складової системи забезпечення національної безпеки України в досліджуваній сфері з метою підвищення ефективності міжвідомчої взаємодії, та взаємодії з недержавними органами в сфері релігії для досягнення результатів у реалізації відповідних завдань державної політики.ukstatestate policyinstitutional componentnational securitystate authoritiesreligionreligious sphereдержавадержавна політикаінституційна складованаціональна безпекаоргани державної владирелігіярелігійна сфераСтаття
