The results of psychometric analysis are presented. Procedure of adaptation of Ukrainian-language versions of psychological methods is offered. Results of numerous researches have shown that the psychological condition that develops as a result of the impact of the combat situation and fighting does not belong to any of the known clinical practice classifications. The consequences of trauma can manifest itself suddenly, on the ground of the external commonwealth of serviceman through a long time, and afterwards this deterioration of a condition becomes more and more pronounced. Complex of symptoms, that were observed at those, who outlived traumatic stress, got name the «posttraumatic stress disorder». On the present tense of the research of syndrome PTSR is conducted in such basic forms: clinical interview, self-control leaves, psychometric and physiological measuring. The psychometric analysis was carried out on the obtained data by the selection the students of humanitarian and natural faculties (psychological, philosophical, cybernetic, history) of the Kiev national university of the name of Taras Shevchenko, that have passed military preparation, cadets that study in the Military institute. In the process of standardization and adaptation of psychodiagnostic methods was used results, that were obtained in a clinical selection of patients of main Military psychiatry clinical hospital, that suffer from PTSR, including with pronounced comorbid depressive symptoms.У статті обґрунтовано комплекс засобів психодіагностики посттравматичного стресового розладу (ПТСР) в армії. В останні роки у науково-психологічній літературі пострадянських країн спостерігається підвищена увага до вивчення посттравматичних стресових розладів (ПТСР). Активно вивчаються психологічні наслідки стресу, викликаного участю у бойових діях, а також особливості реакції людини на вплив різних інших екстремальних чинників таких як аварії, стихійні лиха, різні форми насильства, травми внаслідок медичних процедур [1]. У вітчизняній психологічній літературі відомі лише поодинокі експериментальні роботи щодо розвитку посттравматичного стресу внаслідок Чорнобильської аварії. Епідеміологічна оцінка поширення ПТСР, що ґрунтується на результатах психіатричних обстежень потерпілих внаслідок масштабних екстремальних ситуацій (катастроф, війн тощо), свідчить, що це захворювання може охоплювати від 15 % до 40 % потерпілих [1].ukСтаття
