Аналізуються механізми подолання міжкультурних конфліктів, зокрема через пошук спільних етичних принципів, які можуть стати основою для продуктивного діалогу.The relevance of the topic of ethics in cultural interaction is caused by increasing globalization and intensive intercultural contacts, which require the search for new ethical approaches to ensure harmonious cooperation. In today's world, where culture and identity often intertwine and interact, it is crucial to develop ethical frameworks that promote justice and respect in the dialogue between different cultural systems. Reflection on morality in such interactions becomes essential for preventing conflicts and maintaining equal coexistence in conditions of cultural diversity. The purpose of the article is to study the moral aspects and ethical principles arising in the process of dialogue and interaction of different cultural systems. Conclusions. The study emphasises that effective dialogue requires mutual recognition of differences and the ability to empathise, which allows for understanding and accepting other cultures. The authors point out that culture is not static but constantly evolves through interaction with other systems, which demands ethical responsibility from the participants in the dialogue. Special attention is paid to the issues that arise due to power imbalances between cultures and the consequences of such disparities. The importance of creating ethical frameworks that take into account this asymmetry is highlighted, ensuring fairness and equality in intercultural relations. Mechanisms for overcoming intercultural conflicts are analyzed, particularly through the search for common ethical principles that can form the basis for productive dialogue. This implies, on the one hand, respect for other cultural traditions and, on the other, a readiness for critical rethinking of one's own ethical attitudes. The authors argue that the ethics of intercultural interaction should take into account the complexity of cultural identities and strive for the harmonious coexistence of different cultural systems.
