Соціальне право(1), 104–112. https://doi.org/10.37440/soclaw.2021.01.1610.37440/soclaw.2021.01.16https://ir.library.knu.ua/handle/15071834/24786The article, based on the analysis of the current state of social protection of privates and officers of the civil protection service, proposes a number of areas to improve social protection and social security of the following categories: increase funding for social protection, strengthen health care, attract foreign investment in social housing for such persons, expanding the structure of sanatorium treatment facilities, increasing local social protection programs for such persons, which is carried out at the expense of local budgets and by co-financing the local budget with the regional and state. Particular attention is paid to improving the social protection of children of victims of the rank and file and senior staff of the Civil Protection Service, and therefore stressed the importance of establishing an effective mechanism of social support for children of the dead by the civil protection.У статті, на основі аналізу сучасного стану соціального захисту осіб рядового та начальницького складу служби цивільного захисту, запропоновано ряд напрямків удосконалення соціального захисту та соціального забезпечення таких категорій осіб: збільшення фінансування соціального захисту, посилення здійснення заходів медичного забезпечення, залучення іноземних інвестицій до будівництва соціального житла для таких осіб, розширення структури закладів надання санаторно-курортного лікування, збільшення місцевих програм соціального захисту таких осіб, що здійснюється за рахунок місцевих бюджетів та шляхом співфінансування місцевого бюджету із обласним та державним.
