A program of medical and psychological support is presented. The program is aimed at stabilization of the psychoemotional state of pregnant women, the formation of readiness for motherhood and the prevention of the development of various forms of disturbance of the maternal scope. Based on the results of experimental research, the effectiveness of the proposed form of work was shown. Key words: stress factors, psychoemotional stress, pregnancy, maternal scope, psychological support.Висвітлюється проблема впливу стресогенних факторів на характер перебігу вагітності та формування материнської сфери у жінок, які мешкають у Донецькій області в зоні конфлікту. Представлено програму медикопсихологічного супроводу, яка спрямована на стабілізацію психоемоційного стану вагітних, формування готовності до материнства та попередження розвитку різноманітних форм порушення материнської сфери. На підставі результатів експериментального дослідження доведено ефективність запропонованої форми роботи.
