The attention is focused on the revealed complications of the civil process in applying this method, the attention is paid to the vulnerable elements of the civil procedural form, as well as the ways of overcoming them in the procedural way are found out. In connection with this, in the conclusions, the emphasis is placed on improving the methodology of ensuring the regime of civil procedural security at the Institute for the implementation of the method of "opt in" with the consent of the participants in the case for participation in mass (group) lawsuits.Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблем застосування методу «opt in» при згоді учасників спору на участь в масовому (груповому) позові в цивільному судочинстві. Акцентується увага на виявлені ускладнень цивільного процесу при застосуванні цього методу, виникнення уразливих елементів цивільної процесуальної форми, а також, з’ясовуються шляхи їх долання у процесуальний спосіб.
