The full-scale invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine on February 24, 2022 caused a new wave of forced relocation of millions of Ukrainian citizens who, saving their lives and family members, were forced to move in search of safe corners and adapt to the new realities of today. Psychological assistance in the conditions of war for both children and adults, although it is not new for many specialists in the psychological field, but it definitely requires a responsible attitude, high professionalism in the prevention of the consequences of stress and distress, acute emotional states, experiencing grief and loss, prevention of various manifestations of interpersonal conflicts, violence in the educational environment, as well as sensitivity and respect for each individual. The problem of the organization of psychological assistance to families and children who are in difficult life circumstances as a result of military operations is revealed, which acquires a new vector: from response in the format of working through crisis emotional states, stabilization of the state to psychoemotional recovery. This format involves systematicity, structure, psychoeducation, and the organization of psychological interventions based on the collected anamnesis about the family or person. The work highlights the experience of conducting the training course "Modern methods of providing psychological assistance to internally displaced persons in today's realities" by the employees of the Psychological Center of Melitopol State Pedagogical University named after Bohdan Khmelnytskyi in order to improve the professional competencies of psychologists in providing psychological assistance to internally displaced persons. According to the results of which, the participants of the training course improved their professional skills in applying modern methods and tools of psychological counseling and psychotherapy, which will contribute to more effective professional activity in restoring the psychological state of internally displaced persons in war conditions.Стаття присвячена аналізу проблеми вдосконалення підготовки фахівців щодо надання психологічної допомоги внутрішньо переміщеним особам. Повномасштабне вторгнення російських військ в Україну 24 лютого 2022 року спричинило нову хвилю вимушеної зміни місця проживання мільйонами українських громадян, які, рятуючи своє життя і життя членів сім’ї, змушені були переміститися в пошуках безпечних куточків та адаптуватися в нових реаліях сьогодення. Психологічна допомога в умовах війни як дітям, так і дорослим, хоч і не є новою для багатьох спеціалістів психологічної сфери, проте однозначно вимагає від них відповідального ставлення, високого професіоналізму з питань профілактики наслідків стресів і дистресів, гострих емоційних станів, переживання горя і втрат, попередження різних проявів міжособистісних конфліктів, насильства в освітньому середовищі, а також чуйності і поваги до кожної особистості Розкрито проблематику організації психологічної допомоги сім’ям, дітям, які перебувають у складних життєвих обставинах внаслідок військових дій. Ця допомога набуває нового вектору: від реагування у форматі пропрацювання кризових емоційних станів, стабілізації стану до психоемоційного відновлення. Такий формат передбачає системність, структурованість, психоедукацію, організацію психологічних інтервенцій на основі зібраного анамнезу про сім’ю чи особу. В роботі висвітлено досвід проведення навчального курсу «Сучасні методи надання психологічної допомоги внутрішньо-переміщеним особам в реаліях сьогодення» співробітниками Психологічного центру Мелітопольського державного педагогічного університету імені Богдана Хмельницького задля вдосконалення професійних компетентностей психологів щодо надання психологічної допомоги внутрішньо переміщеним особам.
