This view has led to the creation of therapeutic development, which should help patients to resist disruption and relapses - the model of psychological rehabilitation of drug addicts. In the search for new ways of rehabilitation of people suffering from drug addiction, by the author of this work together with psychologists of Khmelnitsky regional center of resocialization for drug addicted youth and specialists of Narcological reha- bilitation department of the Kyiv city drug hospital "Sociotherapy" the model of psychological rehabilitation of drug addicts was created.The current phase of development of the rehabilitation and development of our model of psychological rehabilitation are based on international ex- perience and understanding of the fact that "drug addiction is a complicated condition requiring long-term treatment, care and support." The main methodological and methodical position of model of psychological rehabilitation of drug addicts are implemented on the basis of the Narcological rehabilitation department of the Kyiv city drug hospital "Sociotherapy" and Khmelnitsky regional center of resocialization for drug addicted youth. This arti- cle deals with the disclosure of the model of psychological rehabilitation of drug addicts, which is currently undergoing the approbation.The methodological basis of the model of psychological rehabilitation is the idea of Personology: human personality is diverse, it is embodied in the outer shell, worldview and system of values, desires, motivations, aspirations, work and communicate with others, with the world and himself.Сучасний етап становлення реабілітації та розробка нашої психологічної моделі реабілітації вибудовується з урахуванням міжнародного досвіду і розуміння тієї обставини, що "наркотична залежність – це складний стан, що вимагає тривалого лікування, догляду та підтримки". Основні методологічні та методичні положення моделі психологічної реабілітації наркозалежних осіб впроваджуються на базі Реабілітаційного наркологічного відділення Київської міської наркологічної лікарні "Соціотерапія" та Хмельницького обласного центру ресоціалізації наркозалежної молоді.
