Надано пропозиції щодо імплементації досвіду країн ЄС в сфері державного регулювання будівельної галузі. Розроблено рекомендації щодо напрямів удосконалення механізмів державного регулювання будівельної галузі України. The trends and problems of state regulation of the construction industry of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law are highlighted. The legal mechanism of state regulation of the construction industry of Ukraine is analyzed. An analysis of the organizational mechanism of state regulation of the construction industry of Ukraine was carried out. The financial mechanism of state regulation of the construction industry of Ukraine is analyzed. Proposals for implementing the experience of EU countries in the field of state regulation of the construction industry have been provided. Recommendations have been developed on ways to improve the mechanisms of state regulation of the construction industry of Ukraine.
