Українознавчий альманах(18).https://ir.library.knu.ua/handle/15071834/17713We consider such point of activity of the leading institution in the field of metrology, Kharkiv State Research Institute of Metrology as the preparation of highly qualified scientists. It was found out that on the beginning on the 1966 at the Institute of Metrology of the system of the scientific workers teaching provided an opportunity to study on as well as on the full-time course of education as well as on the distant are not only employed workers of the Institute but also industrial workers and members of scientific and educational institutions. The cooperation of the Institute of Metrology with the research institutions of the European countries in the form of common scientific conferences has prompted the development of the institute’s researches. It is shown that a powerful material and technical base of the Kharkov Institute of Metrology contributed to the raising the level of the young scientists professionalism lead to its scientific work on the global level.Keywords: State Research Institute of Metrology, Training of Highly Qualified scientists, Research, International Conference.Ірина ЛяшугаРозглянуто діяльність провідного закладу в сфері метрології – Харківського державного науково-дослідного інституту метрології з проблем підготовки кадрів вищої кваліфікації. З’ясовано, що започаткування в 1966 р. системної підготовки наукових кадрів в Інституті метрології дало змогу навчатися на заочній та стаціонарній формі навчання не тільки співробітникам інституту, а також працівникам промислових підприємств, наукових та освітніх установ. Співробітництво Інституту метрології з науковими установами європейських країн шляхом проведенню спільних наукових конференцій стало поштовхом розвитку наукових досліджень в інституті. Показано, що потужна матеріально-технічна база Харківського інституту метрології сприяла підвищенню рівня професіоналізму молодих науковців та проведенню дослідних робіт на світовому рівні.Ключові слова: Харківський державний науково-дослідний інститут метрології, підготовка кадрів вищої кваліфікації, наукові дослідження, міжнародні наукові конференції.ukСтаття
