Предметом роботи є стратегія та механізми залучення інвестицій у аграрний бізнес України в умовах євроінтеграції. Метою роботи є узагальнення теоретичних підходів до аналізу стратегії залучення прямих іноземних інвестицій у аграрний сектор та надання практичних рекомендацій щодо розробки стратегії залучення ПІІ в Україну в умовах євроінтеграції, що сприятиме підвищенню інвестиційно. За результатами дослідження сформульовані рекомендації для аграрних підприємств, галузевих асоціацій та державних органів щодо розробки ефективної стратегії залучення прямих іноземних інвестицій в аграрний сектор України з урахуванням євроінтеграційних процесів. Зокрема, обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення нормативно-правового середовища, підвищення прозорості та стабільності інвестиційного клімату, розвитку інфраструктури та стимулювання інноваційного оновлення агробізнесу. Такі заходи сприятимуть підвищенню інвестиційної привабливості українського аграрного сектору на міжнародному рівні. Одержані результати можуть бути використані для формування стратегічних підходів до залучення іноземного капіталу в малі та середні аграрні підприємства, що забезпечить їхню модернізацію, підвищить конкурентоспроможність продукції та сприятиме сталому розвитку аграрної галузі в умовах інтеграції України до Європейського Союзу.The object of the research is the processes of attracting foreign direct investment to the agricultural sector. The subject of the research is the strategy and mechanisms for attracting investment into Ukraine's agricultural business in the context of European integration. The aim of the research is to generalize theoretical approaches to the analysis of strategies for attracting foreign direct investment into the agricultural sector and to provide practical recommendations for the development of a strategy for attracting FDI to Ukraine under European integration, which will contribute to the improvement of investment attractiveness. Based on the research findings, recommendations have been formulated for agricultural enterprises, industry associations, and government authorities regarding the development of an effective strategy for attracting foreign direct investment into Ukraine’s agricultural sector, taking into account the European integration processes. In particular, the necessity of improving the regulatory and legal framework, increasing the transparency and stability of the investment climate, developing infrastructure, and stimulating the innovative renewal of agribusiness has been substantiated. These measures will help enhance the investment attractiveness of the Ukrainian agricultural sector at the international level.
