2026-01-052026-01-05https://ir.library.knu.ua/handle/15071834/9379Проект спрямований на системне теоретичне дослідження проблеми взаємодії органів державної влади, суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності та «третього сектору» в умовах євроінтеграції України, з напрацюванням практичних рекомендацій удосконалення механізмів взаємодії у системі «влада – бізнес – громадянське суспільство». Метою дослідницького проекту є удосконалення механізмів взаємодії між «трьома стовпами» сучасного демократичного суспільства на шляху членства України до Європейського Союзу, що передбачено абзацом п’ятим преамбули Конституції України, пункту 5 частини першої статті 85, абзацом третім статті 102, пункту 1-1 статті 116 Основного закону України. Очікувані результати дослідження передбачають вироблення практичних рекомендацій удосконалення механізмів взаємодії в трикутнику «влада – бізнес – громадянське суспільство», відповідно до Лісабонської угоди про внесення змін в Угоду про Європейський Союз й Угоду про заснування Європейської Спільноти, Копенгагенських критеріїв та вітчизняної правової системи, з метою пришвидшення набуття Україною статусу країни-члена ЄС та посилення конкурентоспроможності нашої держави на світовій арені. Проект передбачає з’ясування особливостей функціонування вищезазначеної системи в процесі впровадження Україною політичних, економічних та правових критеріїв вступу до ЄС згідно з положенням статті 6, пункт 1 Договору про ЄС.The project aims to conduct a systematic theoretical study of the interaction between government bodies, business entities, and the third sector in the context of Ukraine's European integration, with the development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of interaction in the “government-business-civil society” system. The goal of the research project is to improve the mechanisms of interaction between the “three pillars” of modern democratic society on Ukraine's path to European Union membership, as provided for in the fifth paragraph of the preamble to the Constitution of Ukraine, paragraph 5 of part one of Article 85, the third paragraph of Article 102, and paragraph 1-1 of Article 116 of the Basic Law of Ukraine. The expected results of the study include the development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of interaction in the “government – business – civil society” triangle, in accordance with the Lisbon Agreement amending the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty establishing the European Community, the Copenhagen criteria, and the domestic legal system, with the aim of accelerating Ukraine's accession to the EU and strengthening our country's competitiveness on the world stage. The project aims to clarify the specifics of the functioning of the above-mentioned system in the process of Ukraine's implementation of the political, economic, and legal criteria for EU accession in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1 of the EU Treaty.Фундаментальне дослідження
