The author identifies three levels of legislative acts relating to the administrative and legal framework under consideration, mainly those that regulate public relations regarding: information and informatization; preventing the corruption; activities of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. Also, attention is drawn to the fact that the legislative level of the relevant administrative and legal framework also covers certain parliamentary enactments.Стаття присвячена концептуалізації нормативно-правових заходів інформаційного забезпечення протидії корупції в правоохоронних органах України. Вперше автором виокремлюються рівні цих заходів, а також обґрунтовуються їх антикорупційні можливості.
