Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the Seventh Interim Report of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, which states the facts of violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law during the Russian war of aggression. Separately, the speeches of the President of Ukraine and transcripts of briefings of the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine were examined, which give grounds to claim that Putin has rejected all peace proposals and is increasing the level of violence and terror of the civilian population by launching hundreds of drones and missiles at civilian infrastructure.It has been demonstrated that, thanks to modern mass media, Russia failed to hide from the world the crime of aggression against Ukraine under the pretext of a «special military operation», unlike Chechnya and Georgia. It has been established that at this year’s NATO summit, Russia was recognized as a long-term threat to Euro-Atlantic security along with the persistent threat of terrorism. It is emphasized that Putin is stuck in the 19th century and the USSR, he wants to be the new “Perth the Great” and write his name in history as the one who restored the Russian Empire. But it is a great madness to wage a 19th century war in the 21st century! It is obvious that Russia’s aggression against Ukraine is a fatal mistake of the Putin regime and a terrible crime against humanity that will forever remain in the textbooks of world history and international relations.Проаналізовано історичні епізоди російсько-українських відносин, дві чеченські війни, російсько-грузинську війну 2008 року, триваючу російсько-українську війну, що дає підстави констатувати багатовікову агресію Московії/Росії проти своїх сусідів. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу 7-го проміжного звіту Бюро з демократичних інститутів та прав людини ОБСЄ, який констатує факти порушень міжнародного гуманітарного права та міжнародного права у сфері прав людини у ході розв’язаної РФ 24 лютого 2022 року загарбницької війни проти України.Досліджено виступи Президента України, стенограми брифінгів Речника МЗС України, які дають підстави стверджувати, що Путін відкинув усі мирні пропозиції та збільшує рівень насильства та терору цивільного населення через запуск сотень дронів і ракет по цивільній інфраструктурі. Продемонстровано, що завдяки сучасним засобам масової інформації, Росії не вдалося приховати від світу злочин агресії проти України під приводом «спеціальної військової операції», на відміну від Чечні, Грузії. Встановлено, що на цьогорічному саміті НАТО Росію визнали як «довгострокову загрозу євроатлантичній безпеці» поряд із постійною загрозою тероризму. Підкреслюється, що Путін застряв у ХІХ столітті й у часах СССР, він хоче бути новим «Пертом Великим» і вписати своє ім’я в історію як того, хто відновив Російську імперію. Але велике безумство – вести війну ХІХ століття у ХХІ столітті!
