Artificial intelligence is considered not merely as a technical and instrumental means of optimizing social processes, but as an ontological factor that transforms the structures of social being, rationality, temporality, and subjectivity under conditions of digital reality. Particular attention is paid to the interpretation of emotional intelligence as a fundamental dimension of human sociality associated with empathy, moral responsibility, and the meaningful content of intersubjective interaction. In this context, it is demonstrated that emotional intelligence ensures the preservation of the humanistic foundations of social being amid the growing algorithmization and automation of social practices.The ambivalent nature of models of interaction between artificial and emotional intelligence in education, public administration, and the communicative sphere is emphasized. Complementary, delegative, and simulative models are analyzed, each of which produces different ontological consequences for social interaction and the status of human subjectivity. It is stressed that the integration of emotionally sensitive algorithms opens new opportunities for increasing the efficiency of social services, while simultaneously generating risks of dehumanization, the reduction of empathy, and the substitution of authentic interpersonal relations with quasi-emotional interaction mediated by digital systems.It is argued that the interaction between artificial and emotional intelligence is not a purely technological process, but a socio-philosophical and civilizational challenge that requires the preservation of the priority of human subjectivity and ethical reflection. The article substantiates that the formation of humanistically oriented strategies of digital development is possible only under conditions of a harmonious combination of algorithmic rationality with emotional intelligence as an ontological resource of social resilience, responsibility, and solidarity in contemporary society.Стаття присвячена філософсько-онтологічному аналізу взаємодії штучного та емоційного інтелекту як цілісного конструкта сучасних соціальних практик. Розглянуто штучний інтелект не лише як техніко-інструментальний засіб оптимізації соціальних процесів, а як онтологічний чинник, що трансформує структури соціального буття, раціональності, темпоральності та суб’єктності в умовах цифрової реальності. Особливу увагу приділено осмисленню емоційного інтелекту як фундаментального виміру людської соціальності, пов’язаного з емпатією, моральною відповідальністю та смисловою наповненістю міжсуб’єктної взаємодії. У цьому контексті показано, що саме емоційний інтелект забезпечує збереження гуманістичних засад соціального буття в умовах зростаючої алгоритмізації та автоматизації соціальних практик.Наголошено на амбівалентному характері моделей взаємодії штучного й емоційного інтелекту в освіті, публічному управлінні та комунікативному просторі. Проаналізовано комплементарну, делегувальну та симулятивну моделі, кожна з яких формує різні онтологічні наслідки для соціальної взаємодії та статусу людської суб’єктності. Підкреслено, що інтеграція емоційно-чутливих алгоритмів відкриває нові можливості підвищення ефективності соціальних сервісів, водночас породжуючи ризики дегуманізації, редукції емпатії та підміни автентичних міжлюдських відносин квазі-емоційною взаємодією з цифровими системами.Доведено, що взаємодія штучного та емоційного інтелекту є не суто технологічним процесом, а соціально-філософським і цивілізаційним викликом, який потребує збереження пріоритету людської суб’єктності та етичної рефлексії.
