Досягнення цієї мети вимагало детального аналізу основних тенденцій розвитку суспільно-релігійних відносин та методичних підходів до взаємодії суспільства і релігійних інституцій на центральному та регіональному рівнях. У процесі дослідження були систематизовані інноваційні технології та стратегії реалізації державної політики в даній сфері, а також окреслено ключові напрями та принципи формування цієї політики. Дослідження включає в себе глибокий аналіз організації громадського та соціально-економічного простору, який істотно впливає на динаміку суспільно-релігійних відносин. Особлива увага приділяється ролі релігійних інституцій у формуванні цього простору та їхньому впливу на регіональний розвиток. Дослідження обґрунтовує, яким чином релігійні та суспільні традиції, будучи взаємопов'язаними та взаємозалежними, впливають на реалізацію державної політики в сфері суспільно-релігійних відносин на центральному та регіональному рівні. Це дослідження є важливим кроком на шляху до розуміння та удосконалення державної політики в сфері суспільно-релігійних відносин на регіональному рівні, враховуючи специфіку та динаміку розвитку регіонів та релігійних спільнот. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для практичного впровадження інноваційних підходів та стратегій розвитку у даній сфері, а також для подальших наукових розробок. Методологічну основу роботи складають загальнонаукові прийоми досліджень та спеціальні методи, які базуються на сучасних наукових принципах державного управління, соціології релігії та споріднених галузей. Центральне місце в методології дослідження займає системний підхід, особливість якого полягає в орієнтації на вивчення цілісності об'єкта та механізмів його функціонування, на аналіз різноманітних типів зв’язків у системі державної політики в сфері суспільно-релігійних відносин та на їхнє інтегрування в єдину теоретичну модель. Автор роботи вдався до використання численних наукових методів, зокрема: гіпотетико-дедуктивний метод для розробки методології дисертаційного дослідження, що дозволило сформувати гіпотезу дослідження та розробити евристичні моделі оптимізації механізмів державної політики в сфері суспільно- релігійних відносин. Дедуктивний доказ гіпотези не тільки підтвердив правильність обраної методології та валідність висновків, але й надав можливість формулювання та перевірки практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення вивченого об'єкта. Структурно-функціональний аналіз виявив елементи системи державного управління в регіональній політиці суспільно-релігійних відносин; порівняльні методи дозволили провести аналіз стандартів та механізмів в даній сфері; статистичний метод розкрив реальні факти стану об'єкта дослідження; прогностичний метод визначив далекосяжні перспективи його розвитку; теоретико-концептуальний метод спрямував дослідження на аналіз функцій, структури та параметрів об'єкта, і допоміг визначити, осмислити, описати та порівняти роль механізмів державного управління в сфері суспільно-релігійних відносин, уточнити їхні функції у діяльності кожної з підсистем, оцінити результати управлінської дії та виявити потенційні інструменти й перспективи. Інформаційну базу дослідження становлять законодавчі акти, роботи вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених, аналітичні звіти, архівні документи, матеріали конференцій та семінарів, публікації в наукових журналах, статистичні дані, а також дані інтернет-ресурсів. Наукова новизна даної роботи пов'язана з вирішенням актуального наукового завдання в галузі публічного управління та адміністрування, що полягає в обґрунтуванні теоретико-методологічних засад та розробленні практичних рекомендацій центральним і регіональним органам публічної влади України щодо вироблення державної політики в сфері суспільно-релігійних відносин на сучасному етапі державотворення. Найсуттєвіші результати дисертаційного дослідження зосереджені на розробці інноваційних методологічних підходів та стратегій для формування та реалізації державної політики в сфері суспільно-релігійних відносин. Результати включають детальний аналіз існуючих механізмів, створення нових моделей взаємодії між державними та релігійними структурами, а також розробка науково-обґрунтованих рекомендацій щодо оптимізації сучасних стратегій і політик у даній сфері. Ці результати не тільки розширюють теоретичні рамки знань у галузі суспільно-релігійних відносин, але й мають практичне значення для державного управління та релігійних організацій. Завдяки новим методологічним підходам та аналітичним інструментам, дослідження сприяє формуванню ефективних стратегій державної політики, що враховують релігійну складову суспільства і сприяють гармонії та стабільності в регіонах. Важливо підкреслити, що отримані результати мають важливе значення для покращення міжрелігійного діалогу та взаєморозуміння, розбудови суспільної гармонії та зміцнення соціальної когезії в умовах релігійної різноманітності.This study presents a solution to an important problem, which consists in the study and substantiation of theoretical foundations, as well as in the development of practical recommendations for improving state policy in the field of socio-religious relations at the central and regional levels. Achieving this goal required a detailed analysis of the main trends in the development of socio-religious relations and methodical approaches to the interaction of society and religious institutions at the central and regional levels. In the process of research, innovative technologies and strategies for the implementation of state policy in this area were systematized, as well as the key directions and principles of the formation of this policy were outlined. The study includes an in-depth analysis of the organization of public and socioeconomic space, which significantly affects the dynamics of socio-religious relations. Special attention is paid to the role of religious institutions in the formation of this space and their influence on regional development. The study substantiates how religious and social traditions, being interconnected and interdependent, influence the implementation of state policy in the sphere of socio-religious relations at the central and regional level. This study is an important step on the way to understanding and improving state policy in the field of socio-religious relations at the regional level, taking into account the specifics and dynamics of the development of regions and religious communities. The research results can be used for the practical implementation of innovative approaches and development strategies in this field, as well as for further scientific developments. The methodological basis of the work consists of general scientific methods of research and special methods based on modern scientific principles of public administration, sociology of religion and related fields. The central place in the research methodology is occupied by a systematic approach, the peculiarity of which is to focus on the study of the integrity of the object and the mechanisms of its functioning, on the analysis of various types of connections in the system of state policy in the field of socioreligious relations, and on their integration into a single theoretical model. The author of the work resorted to the use of numerous scientific methods, in particular: the hypothetical-deductive method for the development of the methodology of the dissertation research, which made it possible to form a research hypothesis and develop heuristic models for the optimization of state policy mechanisms in the field of socio-religious relations. The deductive proof of the hypothesis not only confirmed the correctness of the chosen methodology and the validity of the conclusions, but also provided an opportunity to formulate and verify practical recommendations for improving the studied object. The structural and functional analysis revealed the elements of the state administration system in the regional policy of socio-religious relations; comparative methods made it possible to analyze standards and mechanisms in this field; the statistical method revealed the real facts of the state of the research object; the prognostic method determined far-reaching prospects for its development; the theoreticalconceptual method directed the research to the analysis of the functions, structure and parameters of the object, and helped to define, understand, describe and compare the role of state management mechanisms in the sphere of socio-religious relations, clarify their functions in the activity of each of the subsystems, evaluate the results of management action and identify potential tools and perspectives. The information base of the research consists of legislative acts, works of domestic and foreign scientists, analytical reports, archival documents, materials of conferences and seminars, publications in scientific journals, statistical data, as well as data from Internet resources. The scientific novelty of this work is related to the solution of an actual scientific task in the field of public management and administration, which consists in substantiating the theoretical and methodological foundations and developing practical recommendations for the central and regional public authorities of Ukraine regarding the development of state policy in the field of socio-religious relations at the current stage of state formation. The most significant results of the dissertation research are focused on the development of innovative methodological approaches and strategies for the formation and implementation of state policy in the sphere of socio-religious relations. The results include a detailed analysis of existing mechanisms, the creation of new models of interaction between state and religious structures, as well as the development of sciencebased recommendations for optimizing modern strategies and policies in this area. These results expand the theoretical framework of knowledge in socio-religious relations and have practical implications for public administration and religious organizations. Thanks to new methodological approaches and analytical tools, the study contributes to the formation of effective strategies for state regional policy that consider the religious component of society and promote harmony and stability in the region.
