It is stated that a person as a volitional activity subject is realized in spheres of moral, legal and political regulation of human behavior in society. Alongside with this a personality is a subject of volitional activity in different spheres of social life in transformative activity. It is proved in the article that it is a personality who is comparatively autonomous willful and individually original subject of social and cultural transformations. A personality always has to actualize volitional efforts to keep social harmony and achieve social good.
