The gender differences between male and female leaders within the group structure have been analyzed. The demands towards up-to-date female leader of the security sector have been revealed. The ways of successful making career of female leader taking into consideration the peculiarities of the security sector environmental have been defined. Проаналізовано гендерні розбіжності між керівниками-чоловіками та жінками. Розкрито вимоги щодо сучасної жінки-керівника сектору безпеки. Визначено шляхи успішного кар'єрного зростання керівника-жінки з урахуванням особливостей середовища сектору безпеки.
