Laws were the main source of administrative norms, embodying the principles of justice and ensuring the interests of the polis. Psefisms reflected the direct participation of citizens in management and supplemented legislative regulation. Customary law retained its importance, regulating those areas that were not covered by laws and regulations.It is emphasized that the main sources of administrative law in ancient Greek policies were: laws passed by the people's assembly or council and regulating the most important issues of state administration; resolutions of the People's Assembly on specific management issues; decisions of collegial bodies such as the Areopagus in Athens, Gerusia in Sparta; administrative acts of magistrates - archons, strategists, agoranomists (executive power), etc.It is proven that the study of these norms and sources allows to better understand the formation of administrative law, to reveal its evolution from ancient times to modern times.У статті проаналізовано правові норми та джерела адміністративного права в Давній Греції. Зазначено, що система адміністративного права в Давній Греції спиралася на закони, постанови народних зборів (псефізми) та звичаєве право. Закони були головним джерелом адміністративних норм, втілюючи принципи справедливості та забезпечуючи інтереси полісу. Псефізми відображали безпосередню участь громадян в управлінні та доповнювали законодавче регулювання. Звичаєве право зберігало своє значення, регулюючи ті сфери, які не охоплювалися законами і постановами.Акцентовано, що основними джерелами адміністративного права в давньогрецьких полісах були: закони, що ухвалювалися народними зборами чи радою та регулювали найважливіші питання державного управління; постанови народних зборів з конкретних управлінських питань; рішення колегіальних органів, таких як Ареопаг в Афінах, Герусія в Спарті; адміністративні акти магістратів – архонтів, стратегів, агораномів (виконавча влада) тощо.Доведено, що дослідження цих норм і джерел дозволяє краще зрозуміти становлення адміністративного права, виявити його еволюцію від давнини до сучасності.ukadministrative lawpowerlawcustomary lawlegal normspsephisms.адміністративне правовладазаконзвичаєве правоправові нормипсефізми.Стаття
