The author clarifies the features of the regulatory and legal support for the implementation of the rights of persons with disabilities in the field of labor relations at the EU level based on the analysis of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union on 2000, Council Directive 2000/78/EC and other directives. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the main strategic acts of the EU, which determine the prospects for the development of legal regulation of the implementation of the rights of persons with disabilities in the field of labor relations. In addition, the article highlights important precedent decisions of the Court of Justice of the EU, which clarify certain aspects of the implementation of the rights of persons with disabilities in the field of labor relations (in particular, decisions on cases of 2006 C-13/05, 2008 C-303/06, 2013 C-312/11 and 2014 C‑363/12). The conclusions of the article summarize the results of the study and formulate proposals on the possibilities of using the European experience of legal regulation of the rights of persons with disabilities in the field of labor relations in Ukraine.В статті аналізується правове регулювання реалізації прав осіб з інвалідністю у сфері трудових відносин на рівні Європейського Союзу. Автором з’ясовуються особливості нормативно-правового забезпечення реалізації прав осіб з інвалідністю у сфері трудових відносин на ріні ЄС на підставі аналізу Хартії про основні права 2000 року, Директиви Ради № 2000/78/ЄС та інших директив. Окрема увага приділяється аналізу основних стратегічних актів ЄС, в яких визначаються перспективи розвитку правового регулювання реалізації прав осіб з інвалідністю у сфері трудових відносин. Додатково в статті виокремлюються важливі прецедентні рішення Суду ЄС, в яких уточняються окремі аспекти реалізації прав осіб з інвалідністю у сфері трудових відносин (зокрема, рішення у справах 2006 року № C-13/05, 2008 року № C-303/06, 2013 року № C‑312/11 та 2014 року № C‑363/12).
