Розкрито сутність європейської інтеграції як політико-правового процесу, охарактеризовано вимоги Європейського Союзу до держав-кандидатів, проаналізовано політичні, інституційні, правові та адміністративні реформи у країнах Центральної та Східної Європи. Узагальнено специфіку євроінтеграційних реформ у постсоціалістичних державах і визначено ключові чинники їх успішної інтеграції до ЄС. Наукова новизна полягає у комплексному дослідженні та узагальненні досвіду постсоціалістичних держав як моделі інституційної, правової та адміністративної трансформації, а також у визначенні можливостей його використання для подальших реформ в Україні. The master's thesis examines the European integration experience of the countries of the former socialist camp and determines its significance for further reforms in Ukraine. The study reveals the essence of European integration as a political and legal process, characterizes the European Union requirements for candidate states, and analyzes political, institutional, legal, and administrative reforms in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The specific features of eurointegration reforms in postsocialist states are generalized, and the key factors of their successful integration into the EU are identified. The scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive generalization of the experience of post-socialist states as a model of institutional, legal, and administrative transformation, as well as in identifying the possibilities of applying this experience to further reforms in Ukraine.
