This innovative educational technology of teaching and studying at 9 was one of the main tools of the teacher, who in addition to his multifaceted knowledge of the subject should be able to research accessible and interesting to present educational material for students. Innovative educational technology in teaching and studying at Institutions of Higher Learning provides the answer to one of the most important issues of the educational process: how, how to submit, to transfer new knowledge and create conditions for learning, the acquisition of the program, curriculum skills students.Ukraine gained urgency of the problem proficiency training specialists in modern conditions of the educational reform. Its solution lies in the revival of Ukrainian national idea society, openness of international experience, perspective embodiment of innovative educational technologies development, learning and teaching at universities. In this process special importance and determining importance of technology and engineering education and teaching subjects at Institutions of Higher Learning. The article has focused on the most effective use of interactive technologies of teaching and studying at Institutions of Higher Learning.
