Besides, the author considers these issues in the context of the issues of financial and organizational support for judges. Having singled out and considered the practical and theoretical problems of financial and organizational support of judges, as the obstacles for effective and high-quality work of judges, the author formulates the corresponding generalizing conclusions.У статті аналізуються окремі аспекти державної політики щодо реформування судоустрою, норми чинного законодавства України, практичні аспекти їх реалізації на предмет наявності в них бар’єрів, що перешкоджають ефективній та якісній роботі суддів. При цьому автор розглядає означені питання у контексті проблематики фінансового та організаційного забезпечення суддів.
