Педагогіка, 2(6), 55–59.https://ir.library.knu.ua/handle/15071834/18522The article deals the need of using advanced technologies, methods, techniques, means of training of young people during the training of specialists by the scientific and pedagogical staff of higher educational institutions. Views of modern scholars on certain aspects of training in higer school of this country and the interpretation of the relevant categories and concepts, revealing of meaning of forming in the young people not only theoretical knowledge but also of personality traits which in the future will help ensuring of successful implementation of professional activity and socialization have been analyzed.Questions of improving the process of training of students in higher educational institutions have been highlighted. The importance of professional competence of teaching staff, which includes their personal capabilities and quality assurance of purposes of the transfer of knowledge to students as a consequence of possession of learning theory and practice during implementation of classroom and other work with young people has been stressed. Attention is focused on the importance of updating methods, techniques, tools and technologies of education. It is mentioned the importance of applying of modern methods (especially individually designed) and devices (functioning within the limits of the method) of teachers' activity during their implementation of their informational, structural and systematizing, motivational and stimulating, interactive functions and also the function of consolidation, control and self-control of students' knowledge . The necessity of the use of (audio, video, electronic) and the latest learning technologies, including communicational (discussion), simulation of modelling (game), psychological (self-determining), reflective, integrated (training, design), structural-logical, integrative, computer informational, dialogue communicational has been proved. The meaning of relation between technologies and the educational process of students constructing knowledge that is connected with previously learned information and their beliefs has been explained.The importance of using of technology of online seminar during distance learning, including interactivity, which provides modeling of functions of a lecturer, students who work together on the prepared plan has been revealed.Розглядаються питання удосконалення процесу професійної підготовки студентів у вищих навчальних закладах Вказується на важливість професійної компетентності науково-педагогічних працівників. Акцентується увага на значущості оновлення методів, прийомів, засобів і технологій навчання. Наголошується на важливості застосування найсучасніших методів і прийомів діяльності викладачів при реалізації ними інформаційної, структурно-систематизуючої, мотиваційно-стимулюючої, інтерактивної дидактичних функцій, а також функцій закріплення, контролю та самоконтролю знань студентів.
