Українознавчий альманах, 19.https://ir.library.knu.ua/handle/15071834/17666The article is devoted to the analysis of formation of professional and amateur musical and singing ensembles established by representatives of Ukrainian community in the Russian Federation in 1991–2014 years (before the Russian military invasion in the territory of Ukraine), and also to the definition of the main directions and forms of their work and their impact to the conservation and the development of Ukrainian national and cultural traditions. The article contains the conclusions that among of musical and singing ensembles of Ukrainian Diaspora in Russia the academic and folk choirs and vocal ensembles have been dominated. Such creative teams were formed mainly by Russian Ukrainians’ public organizations which have received episodic organizational and financial support from state administration within the federal and local programs of cultural development. In the investigated periodspecific programs and plans for cultural development of the Ukrainian Diaspora in Russia haven’t been elaborated therefore financial support which was received by the Ukrainian community from the Russian authorities haven’t become systematic and continuous. In conditions of Ukrainian-Russian armed conflict and informational war from the Russian mass media aimed at the establishment in society a negative image of Ukrainian and Ukrainian state, further extension the scope and scale of cooperation between Ukrainian Diaspora in Russia and Russian authorities is problematic, therefore at this stage finding the ways of financial and informational support for Russian Ukrainians from the Ukrainian authorities, public organizations and businesses are especially important.Keywords: Ukrainian Diaspora, Ukrainians from the Russian Federation, National and Cultural Need, Music and Singing Ensembles.Олена БалераСтаттю присвячено вивченню та аналізу процесу утворення професійних та самодіяльних музичних і пісенних колективів, заснованих представниками української спільноти в Російській Федерації впродовж 1991–2014 рр.
