Вісник кримінального судочинства(1), 112–117.https://ir.library.knu.ua/handle/15071834/24114The article analyzes the need to develop new approaches to the organization and tactics of crime investigation, including using social networks.The article notes that despite the excessive interest in social networks simple users and scientists, there is still no comprehensive study on the theoretical foundation and practice of using social networks in the detection and investigation of crimes. Attention is noted that the rapid spread of social networks as a form of Internet communication in society led to the need to develop a common approach to the understanding of this concept.The article focuses on the site of modern information systems that develop in society, in the detection and investigation of crimes. Article consists an available description of the main historical stages of social networks, defned by their features. It analyzes the main approaches to understanding social networks which is represented in the scientifc literature and attempts to provide a classifcation of social networks.The author points out that in Ukraine to ensure online safety of every citizen of our country relies on kiberpolitsiyu – one of the structural units of the National Police, which operates within the Criminal Police specializing in prevention, detection, suppression and detection of criminal ofenses mechanisms of preparation, commission or concealment which involves the use of computers (computers), telecommunications and computer networks and Internet systems.It is noted that the operation kiberpolitsiyi as a new body established at the Ofce of the fght against cybercrime in the reform of the internal afairs of Ukraine requires proper legal registration and development of a number of regulations to ensure quality and efective implementation of their tasks.The conclusion is the need for a state mechanism combating social networking criminal elements in police.It is determined the need to develop regulations that will provide quality and efcient operation of cyberpoliceУ статті розглядається необхідність розробки нових підходів до організації і тактики розслідування злочинів, зокрема з використанням соціальних мереж,аналізуються основні підходи до розуміння поняття «соціальна мережа», акцентуєтья увага на необхідності розробки законодавчих актів для забезпечення ефективного функціонування кіберполіції.uksocial networkInternetinvestigationcyberpolice.соціальна мережаІнтернетрозслідування злочинівкіберполіціяСтаття
