Предметом дослідження є вплив цифрової нерівності на економіку європейських країн. Метою магістерської роботи є аналіз особливостей процесів цифровізації в ЄС та Україні та їх впливу на європейську економіку. Завданнями роботи виступають:  узагальнити та систематизувати теоретичні підходи щодо сутності поняття «цифрова нерівність» та її вимірювання;  виявити особливості та динаміку сучасних процесів цифрової трансформації в країнах ЄС та Україні;  визначити фактори, що формують асиметрію впровадження цифрових технології в економіках ЄС та Україні;  узагальнити напрямки регулювання цифрової нерівності в ЄС та Україні;  визначити соціально-економічні наслідки цифрової нерівності в ЄС та Україні. За результатами дослідження було узагальнено та систематизовано теоретичні підходи до визначення сутності та методів вимірювання цифрової нерівності. Виявлено ключові особливості та проаналізовано еволюцію цифрової неріності в економіках ЄС та України. Визначено основні фактори, що спричиняють асиметрію у впровадженні та використанні цифрових технологій. Охарактеризовано напрямки регулювання цифрової нерівності, що застосовуються в ЄС та України. Оцінено ефекти цифрової нерівності в європейській економіці. Одержані результати можуть бути використані органами державної влади України при формуванні та реалізації політики цифровізації, розробці комплексних стратегій та ініціатив з подолання цифрової нерівності, а також у процесі інтеграції України до єдиного цифрового ринку ЄС. Результати дослідження можуть слугувати інформаційно-аналітичною базою для подальших наукових розвідок у сфері цифрової економіки та соціально-економічного розвитку.The object of the research is the digitalization processes of the EU and Ukrainian economies in the context of the transition to a digital economy. The subject of the research is the impact of digital inequality on the economy of European countries. The aim of the Master's thesis is the analysis of the features of digitalization processes in the EU and Ukraine and their impact on the European economy. The tasks of the thesis are:  to generalize and systematize theoretical approaches to the essence of the concept of "digital inequality" and its measurement;  to identify the features and dynamics of modern digital transformation processes in the EU and Ukraine;  to determine the factors that shape the asymmetry of digital technology implementation in the EU and Ukrainian economies;  to generalize the directions of digital inequality regulation in the EU and Ukraine;  to determine the socio-economic consequences of digital inequality in the EU and Ukraine. Based on the research results, theoretical approaches to defining the essence and methods of measuring digital inequality were generalized and systematized. Key features were identified, and the evolution of digital inequality in the EU and Ukrainian economies was analyzed. The main factors causing asymmetry in the implementation and use of digital technologies were determined. The directions of digital inequality regulation applied in the EU and Ukraine were characterized. The effects of digital inequality on the European economy were assessed. The obtained results can be used by state authorities of Ukraine in shaping and implementing digitalization policy, developing comprehensive strategies and initiatives to overcome digital inequality, as well as in the process of Ukraine's integration into the EU's Digital Single Market.
