The results of empirical study, which found that the higher is the level of needs, the more rational the individual, and in real life he mainly use their best judgment with respect to the fulfillment of social needs.У статті аналізуються можливості використання видів і засобів соціально-психологічного впливу та з'ясовуються, які з них є найбільш ефективними щодо виконання молоддю певних вимог суспільства в умовах трансформаційних змін.Наводяться результати емпіричного дослідження, в якому засвідчено, що чим вищим є рівень задоволення потреб, тим більше раціональним виявляється індивід та у реальному житті, він, переважно, керується здоровим глуздом стосовно виконання суспільних вимог.ukвпливособистістьсоціалізаціятрансформаційні зміниimpactpersonalitysocializationtransformational changeСтаття
