С. 66-69.10.32782/2663- 6085/2023/67.1.14https://ir.library.knu.ua/handle/15071834/6043Стаття присвячена вивченню основних ідей та принципів педагогіки партнерства, а також виявленню способів реалізації принципів педагогіки партнерства у процесі викладання іноземної мови у закладах вищої освіти. У статті встановлено, що партнерство є системою взаємних відносин, що виникають під час спільної діяльності. Педагогічне партнерство розглядається у роботі як спеціально організовані контакти між педагогом і студентом, які передбачають повне прийняття унікальності кожної особистості; врахування думки кожного учасника взаємодії; навчання особистості з врахуванням її потреб та інтересів; надання кожному можливості вільного вибору, підтримку творчості та інновацій у процесі навчання і спілкування. Серед головних принципів педагогіки партнерства виокремлено наступні: повага до особистості, визнання її унікальності; доброзичливе ставлення до інших; довіра між учасниками освітнього процесу; організація навчальної діяльності на основі діалогу, взаємодії та взаємоповаги; горизонтальність взаємозв’язків; підтримка рівності учасників педагогічного процесу. У ході здійснення дослідження було встановлено, що одним з важливих завдань педагога у процесі викладання іноземної мови є створення сприятливого середовища для студентів, де надається підтримка і турбота. Таке середовище, засноване на принципах педагогіки партнерства, позитивно впливатиме на розвиток здібностей студентів і задовольнить їхні інтелектуальні, емоційні та соціальні потреби. Відповідно до новітніх методик навчання, під час взаємодії зі здобувачами вищої освіти, акцент робиться не на накопиченні знань студентами, а на розвитку їхніх розумових навичок. Під час організації діяльності на заняттях з іноземної мови у ЗВО на основах партнерства важливо враховувати інтереси здобувачів вищої освіти. Для реалізації принципів педагогіки партнерства на заняттях з іноземної мови викладачі можуть послуговуватися різноманітними техніками та методами, як-от: вправи, спрямовані на розвиток критичного мислення; завдання, що провокують виникнення полілогу, де кожен має можливість висловити власні міркування та почути думку інших; залучення студентів до участі у науково-дослідницькій роботі; проєктах, майстер-класах, круглих столах тощо.The article is devoted to the study of the basic ideas and principles of the pedagogy of partnership, as well as the identification of ways to implement these principles in the process of teaching a foreign language in higher education institutions. In the article partnership is defined as a system of mutual relations that arise during joint activities. Partnership in pedagogy is considered as specially organized contacts between the teacher and the students, accepting the uniqueness of each individual; considering the opinion of each participant in the interaction; teaching the students taking into account their needs and interests; providing each person with the opportunity for free choice, supporting creativity and innovation in the process of learning and communication. Among the main principles of the pedagogy of partnership, the following ones are highlighted: respect for the individual, recognition of one’s uniqueness; friendly attitude towards others; trust between participants in the educational process; organization of educational activities based on dialogue, interaction, and mutual respect; horizontal nature of relationships; equality of all participants in the pedagogical process. It was established that one of the important tasks of the teacher in the process of teaching a foreign language is to create a supportive and caring environment for students. Such an environment, based on the principles of the pedagogy of partnership, will contribute to the development of students’ abilities and satisfy their intellectual, emotional, and social needs. Аccording to modern teaching methods, the main goal of the interaction with students is not the accumulation of knowledge by students, but the development of their cognitive skills. While organizing activities for foreign language classes in higher education institutions based on the principles of partnership, it is important to take into account the interests of students.
