Наукові доповіді та дискусії учасників конференції стосовно методології, теорії та особливо практики правового регулювання аграрних, екологічних, земельних, трудових відносин і відносин із соціального забезпечення спрямовані на усунення недоліків та колізій у чинному законодавстві, забезпечення сталого розвитку нашої держави, європейську та міжнародну інтеграцію.The experience of holding scientific and practical conferences and round tables at the Law Department, later – at the Law School, and today – at the Educational and Scientific Law School of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv – shows the relevance and importance of issues related to legal regulation of various kinds of legal relations. The article analyzes the speeches of participants of the All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference dedicated to the 10th anniversary of appropriate subdepartments: ‘Agrarian, Land, Environmental, Labor and Social Security Law: Achievements and Prospects of Development in Ukraine’, held at the Law School of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv on the 12th of March, 2021. Scientific reports and discussions of the conference participants on the methodology, theory and especially the practice of legal regulation of agrarian, environmental, land, labor relations, and social security relations are aimed at identifying problems and eliminating shortcomings and conflicts in current legislation. The participants of the conference concluded that the relations in the field of environmental safety, nature management and environmental protection need proper legal regulation, taking into account the development of modern approaches to addressing a number of issues in this area and new challenges. As science and technical and information development are in constant motion, improving and acquiring new forms and content, we should talk about “modernization” of approaches to understanding and legal regulation of environmental, land and agricultural relations. Problems in the field of legal support of labor relations and relations in the field of social protection are not left out. These issues have acquired special significance in the context of emergency state of medical and biological nature, namely the COVID-19 pandemic.
