Домінантний вплив на синоптичну циркуляцію здійснює сила Кориоліса. При стані динамічної рівноваги системи «циклон антициклон» наступає затяжна кризова ситуація, яка проявляється екстремальним холодом або засухою.Based on the resolution of a closed system of Navier-Stokes equations to assess the state of dynamic equilibrium system «cyclone-anticyclone» installed transformational change elements of the system under the influence of internal and external mass forces.
